The Opportunity

Our Marketing team is growing and we're looking for a Growth Creative Manager to join us in our mission to help people get their best sleep. As we are scaling our marketing channels, we are constantly developing and ideating on new creative to fuel these efforts. We need a motivated and creative person with an analytical mindset to help us scale our creative machine. This role will report to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager. This person must be based in the United States or Canada. Hatch is based out of California, so this role would be asked to be available during PST/PDT hours.

What You’ll Do

Within 30 days:

  • Get familiar with brand’s core values, identity, marketing mix, audiences, and product messaging
  • Build foundational relationships with your cross-functional partners and peers across Creative, Integrated Marketing, Enterprise Sales, Social, Marketing Ops, Lifecycle, and Analytics
  • Review our current growth creative process and audit acquisition channels to find creative optimization opportunities to grow the direct business (.co and Amazon).
  • Manage Growth Creative Airtable and serve as primary contact for day to day growth creative needs

Within 60 days:

  • Own creative briefs for all ads, video, and landing pages. Be well versed in acquisition creative and how to best combine brand and direct response. 
  • Closely monitor and measure creative performance on all channels. Create a testing framework and feedback loop to increase efficiency via rapid testing and inform cross-functional partners on learnings
  • Strategize and develop highly converting creative to fuel all growth channels including Amazon, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, direct mail, affiliate partnerships, prospecting CRM etc. 

After 6 months:

  • Be a key player in bringing evergreen and brand campaign creative to life across all acquisition channels
  • Increase our creative ad volume across all acquisition channels

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role with an emphasis on creative strategy and operation
  • Comfortable diving into new tools and tech and figuring out how best to utilize them to grow the business. 
  • Organized with excellent strong project management skills - you are able to multitask effectively and keep all requests moving to ensure timely delivery of assets. 
  • Extremely detail-oriented. You have a sharp eye and like to spend the time refining ads so they meet the brief perfectly.
  • Experience in various project management tools like Airtable, Asana etc.
  • Comfortable working with cross functional teams
  • Working experience in marketing platforms like Meta ads manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon campaign, Google Analytics etc. to pull creative performance analytics 
  • Always on the lookout for creative inspiration. You regularly find compelling creative approaches that you can adapt for the Hatch brand. You dive into all creative resources to find fresh assets.
  • Experience and familiarity with consumer tech product and subscription businesses.
  • A self-starter. You like to understand the expected outcome, get the context, work entrepreneurially to get it done, measure the impact, learn and iterate. 
  • Familiar with the dynamics of a fast-paced (and fast-growing) company, and the importance of clear communication
