The Opportunity

Our People team is excited to welcome a  People Operations Intern to join us in our mission to help people get their best sleep. This person will play a vital role in the internship program as the point person for our intern cohort. The People team is looking for someone comfortable leading a group, who thinks outside the box, is comfortable speaking in front of a group and is curious and eager to make an impact. This role will report to the Senior Manager, People. This person must be based near Redwood City, CA and be able to join us at the Hatch Lab 3 days a week in person. 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the intern cohort in multiple ways: manage intern schedule, project manage intern final project, handle intern communications internally, and more
• Partner with the marketing team on external communication and final project on socials
• Work on specific assigned projects to help improve our culture, processes and policies on the people ops team (helping us achieve our great place to work award, helping create better efficiency within our team and resources for our employees, etc.).
