Job Overview: 
Are you a seasoned sales professional in turf, HVAC, roofing, or window sales? Seeking an opportunity with a pioneering organization? As a Home Solutions Design Specialist that is HIS Licensed, you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients materialize their dream outdoor spaces and/or updating their home with energy efficient upgrades, while reaping substantial rewards for your expertise. 

Responsibilities: 
1. Design Expertise: Provide tailored landscape solutions and/or expert advice for HVAC, roofing, or window installations. 
2. Product Sales: Promote our premium eco-friendly products, demonstrating their value to customers. 
3. Creative Visualization: Utilize your creativity to help clients envision their ideal landscapes or home upgrades.

Duties: 
● Attend scheduled appointments and participate in weekly team meeting while also being able to self-produce own deals. 
● Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services. 
● Provide accurate on-site quotes and assist with installations. 
● Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initiation to completion. 
● Design personalized landscapes and ensure efficient contract handling. 
● Candidates can work from home or office 

Ideal Qualifications: 
● HIS Licensed is a plus
● Multilingual (Spanish, Chinese, Korean, etc.) is a plus 
● Any secondary language skills are highly preferred 
● Prior experience in artificial turf or landscaping preferred. 
● Excellent communication skills and punctuality. 
● Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience, preferably in Home Services. 
● Experience with Service Titan preferred. 
● Organized and able to manage a full calendar. 
● Access to reliable transportation.
