Pay & Growth
• Entry-level technicians: $22–26/hr
• Experienced technicians: $28–32/hr
• Performance-based raises
• Ongoing training and development

What You’ll Do
• Install and repair residential garage doors and openers
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Work directly with homeowners and provide great service
• Use hand and power tools safely and confidently
• Complete service notes and job photos using mobile software
• Work independently and with a supportive team

What We’re Looking For
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Able to lift 75+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active
• Reliable, hardworking, and coachable
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
• Good attitude and strong customer service skills

Experience in construction, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, delivery/install work, handyman services, mechanical repair, or other trades is helpful — but not required. We’re willing to train the right person.

Pay Range

$22 - $26 USD
