We’re looking for an exceptional GTM Systems Administrator to elevate our Go-To-Market (GTM) operations as we scale our innovative EHR/EMR solution. In this pivotal role, you will manage and optimize our GTM tech stack, ensuring our revenue operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-efficient systems that drive business outcomes.

As the GTM Systems Administrator, you will oversee Healthie’s core tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Vitally, Mixpanel, Partnerstack, Apollo, Stripe, PandaDoc, and a custom-built integration with the Healthie platform. By configuring systems, managing integrations, and maintaining vendor relationships, you will ensure the stack meets the evolving needs of our organization. You’ll regularly assess performance, incorporate user feedback, and stay ahead of industry trends to optimize scalability, security, and reliability.

Collaboration across teams will be key as you create accurate, near real-time data pipelines and build robust reporting infrastructures to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering, you’ll streamline workflows, improve targeting efforts, and proactively address customer retention risks. Whether it’s reducing admin work for Business Development, enhancing customer health monitoring, or maintaining data integrity, your contributions will have a meaningful impact on our GTM strategy.

In addition to driving operational efficiency, you’ll enable team success by providing training, developing clear documentation, and introducing new processes that maximize the functionality of our tools. As a mission-first problem solver, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our GTM organization remains world-class as we continue to set the standard for operational excellence in healthcare
