The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, technically deep Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as the primary subject matter expert and day-to-day steward of HeartFlow’s NetSuite ERP ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of finance operations and enterprise systems, translating complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations and integrations that support our growth as a globally expanding, publicly traded medtech company.

You will own the ongoing health of our NetSuite platform—including the modules, integrations, and partner ecosystem reflected in our current subscription—while driving continuous improvement across our broader financial systems stack. That stack extends beyond NetSuite to include payroll and HR, procurement-to-pay, rebate and contract management, advanced revenue recognition (ARM), and business intelligence platforms (Domo, Tableau). If you thrive working cross-functionally, can hold a technical conversation with IT in the morning and a business requirements session with stakeholders in the afternoon, this role is built for you.

Job Responsibilities

NetSuite Platform Ownership

  • Serve as primary functional and technical administrator for HeartFlow’s NetSuite environment, covering core ERP (GL, AR, AP), OneWorld multi-subsidiary/multi-currency, Revenue Management, Revenue Allocation, Fixed Asset Management, and Advanced Electronic Bank Payments.
  • Manage platform health across production and sandbox environments, including configuration, customization governance, SuiteCloud+ usage, and oversight.
  • Drive adoption and optimization of licensed modules including SuiteAnalytics Connect and SuiteCloud Plus
  • Lead planning and execution for NetSuite bi-annual releases: assess new functionality, develop test plans, coordinate UAT with business stakeholders, and manage sandbox-to-production promotion.

Requirements & Process Analysis

  • Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Revenue, and Operations teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions within NetSuite and connected platforms.
  • Analyze current-state business processes and workflows across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and revenue recognition; identify gaps and design improved future-state processes.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), functional design specifications, process flow diagrams, and user acceptance test scripts.
  • Act as the liaison between business units, IT, and external implementation partners or vendors, ensuring solution designs balance business need with technical feasibility.

Integrations & Technical Delivery

  • Oversee and support integrations between NetSuite and HeartFlow’s broader enterprise application ecosystem, including orchestration layers, REST/SOAP API integrations, and file-based data exchanges.
  • Work hands-on with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow (workflow automation), saved searches, and custom reports to configure and extend NetSuite functionality without requiring full developer engagement for every change.
  • Review and validate technical solutions proposed by developers or implementation partners; provide functional sign-off on delivered configurations and customizations.
  • Troubleshoot production issues across the financial systems stack—NetSuite, integrated applications, and downstream reporting—ensuring timely resolution with minimal business disruption.

Connected Systems & Cross-Functional Applications

  • Act as the functional liaison and systems owner for key platforms that integrate with or depend on NetSuite data, including: ADP Workforce Now (payroll and HR — ensuring accurate payroll journal entry feeds, headcount data, and GL coding); Zip (procurement intake and purchase requisition workflow, ensuring PO creation and approval flows into NetSuite AP correctly); and NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management — supporting complex revenue arrangement setup, pricing maintenance, and period-end revenue schedules).
  • Support rebate and channel incentive calculations, including the configuration and validation of rebate accrual logic within NetSuite or connected tools, ensuring accuracy of accrued liabilities and proper period-end recognition.
  • Partner with Finance, FP&A, and Business Intelligence teams to maintain and improve reporting pipelines that source from NetSuite into Domo and Tableau; validate data accuracy at the source, support field-level mapping changes, and troubleshoot discrepancies between ERP data and BI dashboards.
  • Evaluate and document the integration architecture for each connected system: data flows, field mappings, sync frequency, error handling, and reconciliation procedures; keep this documentation current as systems or configurations evolve.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for cross-system data issues (e.g., payroll vs. GL variance, procurement approval mismatches, BI dashboard discrepancies), triaging root cause and coordinating resolution across system owners.

Compliance, Governance & Reporting, and Project Management

  • Support SOX compliance requirements, including documentation of system controls, change management processes, access reviews, and audit evidence preparation for the NetSuite environment.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistent financial reporting across HeartFlow’s multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, multi-country structure using NetSuite OneWorld.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards, saved searches, and management-level reports in NetSuite and SuiteAnalytics to surface actionable financial and operational insights.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials; ensure documentation is current following each system change or release.
  • Lead or contribute to enterprise applications projects from requirements through go-live, including scope definition, workplan management, cross-functional coordination, and hypercare support.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including Finance leadership and executive sponsors.

Skills Needed

NetSuite Expertise (Required)

  • Hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration experience: record types, forms, fields, workflows (SuiteFlow), saved searches, custom segments, roles/permissions, and basic SuiteScript.
  • Deep functional knowledge of core NetSuite financial modules: GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and OneWorld (multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, multi-country).
  • Experience with NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect, SuiteCloud Plus, NetSuite Revenue Management and Revenue Allocation
  • Demonstrated experience preparing for and executing NetSuite release upgrades, including sandbox testing and UAT coordination.

Technical & Integration Skills

  • Working knowledge of NetSuite integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, SuiteScript 2.x, and iPaaS platforms; ability to read integration logs, identify failure points, and coordinate fixes.
  • Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL or SuiteQL queries for data extraction and validation via SuiteAnalytics Connect.
  • Understanding of payroll-to-GL journal entry flows, cost center/department coding, and reconciliation between payroll registers and the general ledger.
  • Familiarity with procurement intake tools such as Zip or Coupa: understanding of requisition-to-PO workflows and how approval policies map to NetSuite purchasing configuration.
  • Working knowledge of rebate or channel incentive management: accrual methodology, calculation triggers, and the accounting entries required to book and release rebate liabilities in NetSuite.
  • Experience with BI/reporting platforms such as Domo and Tableau: understanding of how NetSuite data is extracted (via SuiteAnalytics Connect, SuiteReports, or saved searches), transformed, and surfaced in dashboards; ability to support field mapping changes and validate data accuracy end-to-end.
  • Understanding of SOX IT general controls (ITGCs) as they apply to ERP configuration, change management, access governance, and system interfaces.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
  • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis or ERP administration roles with NetSuite as the primary platform.
  • Prior experience in a medtech, life sciences, SaaS, or other regulated, high-growth industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience navigating the NetSuite footprint of a company at or approaching public-company scale—with multi-subsidiary OneWorld, Revenue Allocation/ARM, and SOX compliance requirements—is a significant differentiator.
  • Prior experience supporting or owning at least two of the following connected systems is strongly preferred: ADP (payroll/HR), Zip or similar procurement intake, Domo or Tableau for BI reporting, or a dedicated rebate/incentive management tool.
  • NetSuite certification (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or Administrator) is a plus, not a requirement.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $140,000 to $170,000 per year, and bonus. #LI-IB1 #LI-Hybrid

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
