United States

Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, the #1 cause of death worldwide, using cutting-edge technology. The flagship product—an AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac test supported by the ACC/AHA Chest Pain Guidelines called the Heartflow FFRCT Analysis—provides a color-coded, 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries indicating the impact blockages have on blood flow to the heart. Heartflow is the first AI-driven non-invasive integrated heart care solution across the CCTA pathway that helps clinicians identify stenoses in the coronary arteries (RoadMap™Analysis), assess coronary blood flow (FFRCT Analysis), and characterize and quantify coronary atherosclerosis (Plaque Analysis). Our pipeline of products is growing and so is our team; join us in helping to revolutionize precision heartcare.

Heartflow is a publicly traded company (HTFL) that has received international recognition for exceptional strides in healthcare innovation, is supported by medical societies around the world, cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan and Canada, and has been used for more than 750,000 patients worldwide.

  • Bring outside experience building digital solutions for internal sales teams and translate it into new approaches for Heartflow's commercial organization
  • Own the roadmap for digital commercial engagement initiatives, balancing effort, cost, and expected impact

  • Act as the internal owner for new digital enablement platforms, from vendor evaluation through rollout and adoption
  • Continuously improve tools based on usage data, rep feedback, and business needs

Content & Experience Design

  • Lead the creation of new content formats (audio, video, interactive, mobile) that fit how reps actually work in the field
  • Leverage design tools to build engaging, on-brand digital experiences
  • Adapt and evolve commercial planning resources to prioritize clear and action-oriented commercial planning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Strategic Sales, Marketing, IT, Clinical, and Commercial Enablement leadership to ensure new digital solutions are aligned with business objectives and technically sound
  • Work with regional and strategic sales leaders to pilot new tools and gather field feedback

Analytics & Reporting

  • Define success metrics for each digital initiative and track adoption, usage, and business impact
  • Report on the effectiveness of digital engagement programs and use the data to inform the roadmap

Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+years of work experience and 4–6 years of experience designing and executing digital engagement or digital enablement solutions for internal sales or commercial teams (required)
  • Proven track record bringing innovative digital tools, formats, or workflows (e.g., mobile apps, podcast/audio content, interactive planning tools) from concept to adoption
  • Comfort scoping and partnering with IT/Engineering on more complex digital workflows, including data pass-through and system integrations
  • Experience with sales enablement and/or LMS platforms (e.g., ACTO, Absorb) is a plus, but this role is not administration-focused
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including with senior regional and strategic sales leadership
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs to assess the effectiveness of digital programs
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
