Job Description

We are looking for a strategic full-cycle recruiter to help support Hebbia’s revenue function and scale hiring efforts to the next level. This is an opportunity to build the recruiting function from the ground up alongside the Head of People and Revenue Recruiting Partners.

You will help lay processes and frameworks to build robust talent pipelines for Sales, Account Development, Sales Engineering, and more.

You'll be instrumental in building our critical revenue functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and founding team members. You'll execute strategies to attract top-tier talent to Hebbia to ensure we hire the top talent for our GTM teams.

This role is based out of our New York City office in Soho (5 days per week).

Responsibilities

While your primary responsibility is recruiting the best talent in the world, we'd want you to be involved with the following as well:

  • Own and manage the entire recruitment process for non-technical roles. Develop effective strategies, source and attract top talent, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers to secure the best candidates.
  • Represent Hebbia externally, sharing our story and delivering a compelling employment proposition to candidates.
  • Proactively maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates for each search.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our recruiting systems and processes, making them more efficient and effective for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure interview panels are well-prepared and deliver a consistent, fair, and exceptional candidate experience. Develop and standardize thoughtful interview processes.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly within Sales and Go-To-Market functions
  • You have a knack for building strong relationships and trust with both candidates and hiring managers, enhancing the overall recruitment process
  • You’re ready to dive into any task, no matter how big or small, to effectively manage and support the recruiting function as the second GTM recruiter on our team
  • You have an analytical mindset and recognize the importance of tracking metrics to inform and optimize the recruiting process
  • You are highly organized, working with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $125,000 and $155,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, daily catered lunch, and unlimited PTO.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
