Marketing Coordinator

Helios Service Partners is hiring a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator. The primary purpose of this position is to create and maintain a strong marketing and online presence for our company via hardcopy materials, website, and social media to promote recruitment and sales/brand identity initiatives. The ideal candidate is located in the Southeast and is willing to travel to the greater Orlando area occasionally.

 WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU: 

  • Write content for and build web pages that are consistent with brands, website content strategies and usability. Plan, design, develop, test, edit, maintain, and document look and flow of websites. Utilize web-based software tools for managing web content.
  • Increase web traffic and audience engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.
  • Oversee Search Engine Management (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and utilize knowledge within the websites by identifying top keywords and phrases. Measure web traffic and monitor SEO.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other web analytics software and tools to analyze website and media performance and identify optimization opportunities to better serve the intended audiences.
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule/campaign calendar, considering web traffic and engagement metrics, including weekly tasks and activity for all social media outlets
  • Oversee social media accounts’ layout including creating and maintaining engaging text, image and video content with relevant content topics.
  • Implement innovative and creative marketing strategies and campaigns to include but is not limited to email blasts, targeted landing pages, hardcopy marketing materials, and media posts and ads.
  • Develop original content, research and repost related content, and suggest creative ways to attract targeted audience and promote all brands across all platforms.
  • Analyze, review, and report monthly on effectiveness and ROI of campaigns to maximize results.
  • Able to create images as needed for marketing materials and online media.
  • Research audience preferences and keep track of social media trends and competition.
  • Stay up to date with changes in marketing, websites and social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on online reviews and feedback. Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Facilitate online conversations and respond to queries in a timely and positive manner.
  • Report to, propose to and collaborate with Sales Operations Manager regularly to ensure cohesive identity across all brands.
  • Supports Sales Operations Manager with any requested duties and projects.

 

 WHAT SETS YOU APART: 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or relevant field in leading SEO/SEM, social media, website design, and marketing campaigns.
  • Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc in the following:
    • Website design and publishing (HTML, JavaScript, CSS). WordPress required.
    • Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic program
    • Social Media Platforms and posting (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
    • SEO keyword research and tracking
    • Google Analytics
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook,

 

Helios compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $55,000 in our lowest geographic market up to $70,000 annually in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Helios’s compensation may also include an annual bonus as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
