Senior FP&A Analyst
The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role, supporting strategic financial decision-making and business performance analysis. This individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and developing financial models to guide company strategy. The Senior FP&A Analyst will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights into financial performance and opportunities for growth.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and manage quarterly reforecasting, ensuring alignment with company goals and accurate projections.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Strategic Planning Support: Partner with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic financial plans and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Financial Modeling: Build complex financial models to assess business performance, forecast future financial outcomes, and support decision-making.
- KPI Development & Monitoring: Assist in designing and tracking key financial and operational KPIs to measure business performance and inform management decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with accounting, operations, and other departments to ensure financial targets and objectives are being met.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the FP&A function and across the business to increase efficiency and financial accuracy.
WHAT HELIOS NEEDS FROM YOU:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field with 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or a related field. -Or- Master's degree in related field with strong skillset and high drive.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence conveying financial information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams a plus.
- A background in a service-related industry is a plus.
Helios Commercial Service Partners determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $105,000 - $135,000 Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
