HVAC Install Apprentice

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist experienced technicians in installing HVAC systems in residential settings. 

• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations. 

• Gain hands-on experience with tools and equipment used in HVAC installations. 

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. 

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently. 

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve regularly lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and working in confined spaces. 

• Current and valid driver’s license in the state where you will be working.
