Dialysis Care Partner Needed – Min. 1 Year Dialysis Experience REQUIRED

About the Role
We are urgently hiring experienced CarePartners with at least 1 year of dialysis experience to oversee in-home dialysis sessions. This non-medical but hands-on role involves supporting patients through every step of their home dialysis treatments—ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional support.

About the Role
We are urgently hiring experienced CarePartners with at least 1 year of dialysis experience to oversee in-home dialysis sessions. This non-medical but hands-on role involves supporting patients through every step of their home dialysis treatments—ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional support.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist in setting up dialysis equipment
- Provide non-medical support and remain present throughout treatment (3 hours / 5times a week)
- Monitor for and report irregularities to the family and care team
- Coordinate treatment schedules with family or care team when needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on dialysis experience (not facility-based only)
- Age 18+
- Valid Level 2 background check & fingerprinting (per FL AHCA)
- TB test (within the last year)
- Able to safely lift 25 lbs and assist with mobility
- Reliable transportation
- Basic tech literacy (Herewith app, SMS communication)
- English fluency (Spanish or Haitian Creole a plus)
