Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Team Lead to oversee daily job site operations and lead a small crew. This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to keep projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 team members on landscape construction projects
Read and interpret project plans, layouts, and specifications
Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment needs
Perform and oversee installation of hardscapes (pavers, retaining walls, stonework), grading, drainage, and planting
Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Maintain a safe and organized job site
Communicate effectively with management and clients as needed
Train and mentor crew members

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in landscape construction or similar field
Proven leadership or crew lead experience
Strong knowledge of hardscape installation, grading, and basic construction techniques
Ability to operate equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
