CRO Manager
About the Role
Home Solutions is seeking a strategic and experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to play a key role in enhancing customer experience and driving onsite conversion for our expanding portfolio of websites. In this managerial position, you will collaborate closely with the SEO and Content Directors, as well as developers, to oversee the implementation of CRO strategies and tests aimed at optimizing conversion rates and refining the on-page brand mix across our commercial pages. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive site performance and competitive analysis across the full funnel.
- Identify optimization opportunities and develop actionable recommendations and designs for conversion rate optimization experiments.
- Oversee the execution and performance reporting of A/B, multivariate, and time series tests.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and UX designs for new website launches and enhancements.
About You
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in conversion rate and website optimization, utilizing customer analytics, A/B, and multivariate testing technologies to drive commercial improvements.
- Proven expertise in User-Centered design principles, with a strong track record of applying them effectively in a business context.
- Robust data analysis skills with experience in translating competitive insights and user research into actionable business recommendations.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding performance targets in a managerial capacity.
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while mentoring and leading a team.
