Charlotte, NC

Senior Associate, Growth Channels

Location: Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC

About the Role

Home Solutions is seeking a Senior Associate, Growth Channels to drive strategy and channel operations for our emerging channels P&L. This is a high-ownership role designed for a true corporate athlete — someone who is scrappy, entrepreneurial, creative, analytical, and willing to jump in wherever needed to drive revenue growth.

You will operate at the center of a new and growing P&L focused on turning Social and Display paid media advertising channels into durable, scalable drivers of revenue and margin. This role combines performance strategy, marketing execution, and generalist operating strength. You won’t be confined to ad platform campaign management — you will help build and scale a revenue engine.

We are seeking someone who can get under the hood of performance marketing, and relentlessly identify and execute on opportunities that will drive meaningful revenue growth. Some weeks you will be primarily deep-diving target audience personas, developing new creative assets, and exploring new technologies. Other weeks you may focus on conversion data models and analyzing the biggest opportunities based on our funnel economics.

Ultimately, you own outcomes on a small and ambitious team that is hungry to build something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

  • Own P&L results and drive growth across new growth channels
  • Analyze, manage, optimize, and execute on campaigns in Paid Media channels (i.e. Meta, Taboola)
  • Deeply understand our target audiences and develop compelling strategies and hooks to drive customer acquisition via ads and landing pages
  • Hypothesize, test, and create new creative assets (images and video), continuously iterating to find the right performance drivers
  • Be an AI super-user, leveraging LLM platforms and exploring new technologies for ad creative and operational breakthroughs
  • Design and implement A/B tests across creative, targeting, bidding, and landing pages.
  • Determine where we can unlock revenue, remove operational bottlenecks, improve margins, or eliminate inefficiencies to support the P&L’s growth — then execute

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic and professional achievement.
  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, consulting, strategy, business operations, or a high-growth operating role
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments.
  • Creative thinker and ideator with track record developing marketing strategy and messaging that effectively reaches the right target audience
  • AI-native mindset — comfortable leveraging emerging tools to improve speed, insight, and output
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, ideally in evaluating marketing performance tied directly to P&L outcomes
  • Strong business judgment — able to connect channel-level data to operational and financial impact
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex initiatives with measurable revenue or margin impact
  • Clear, direct communicator who can influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Competitive, high-ownership mentality with a bias toward action
  • Experience in digital marketplaces, lead generation, or multi-sided platforms is helpful but not required

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
