Director, Growth Channels

Location: Charlotte, NC

About the Role

Home Solutions is seeking a Director of Growth Channels to lead strategy, performance, and scaling across emerging paid media channels — with an initial surge on Paid Social.

This role sits at the center of a growing acquisition engine responsible for turning new paid channels into durable, scalable drivers of revenue and margin while also managing to our strategic partner’s KPIs. You will own the strategic direction, economics, and operational execution of a growth P&L while building the systems, experimentation frameworks, and team required to scale it.

This is a highly entrepreneurial leadership role designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building new revenue engines from the ground up. The Director will partner closely with leadership across marketing, analytics, product, and operations to identify opportunities, pressure-test hypotheses, and translate insights into measurable growth.

Success in this role requires both strategic thinking and operator instincts — someone who can zoom out to define channel strategy and unit economics, while also getting under the hood of campaign performance, creative testing, and conversion dynamics.

This role also carries a mandate to actively push the boundaries of how we operate through AI. We expect our leaders to go beyond surface-level tool adoption — leveraging AI to fundamentally reshape creative development, campaign operations, and analytical workflows in ways that compound both efficiency and effectiveness over time.

Ultimately, you will lead the effort to transform emerging paid media channels into core growth drivers for the business.

  • Define the strategic roadmap for emerging growth channels, including investment allocation, experimentation priorities, and scaling plans.
  • Partner with analytics and finance teams to develop forecasting models and performance dashboards that guide investment decisions.
  • Translate channel-level data into actionable insights that inform strategy and drive business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to unlock incremental growth, improve margins, and remove operational bottlenecks.

Lead Experimentation and Creative Performance

  • Establish a rigorous experimentation framework across creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Build and iterate on high-performing ad creative and messaging that resonates with key customer audiences.
  • Continuously test new audience segments, formats, and acquisition strategies to identify scalable performance drivers.
  • Conduct regular market and competitive research to surface insights that sharpen creative strategy across ads and landing pages.

Build the Systems and Team to Scale

  • Design scalable processes, tooling, and operational frameworks to support channel growth.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to increase creative output, experimentation velocity, and operational efficiency.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic and professional achievement.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth strategy, consulting, business operations, or a high-growth operating role.
  • Proven experience owning marketing performance tied directly to P&L outcomes.
  • Creative thinker and ideator with a track record developing marketing strategy and messaging that effectively reaches the right target audience.
  • Exceptional structured problem-solving and analytical skills with experience evaluating funnel performance, CAC, and marketing ROI.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to connect channel-level insights to strategic and financial impact.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling growth initiatives or marketing programs.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments.
  • Clear, direct communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • AI-native mindset, actively leveraging emerging tools to increase speed, insight, and output.
  • Competitive, high-ownership mentality with a strong bias toward action.
  • Experience in digital marketplaces, lead generation, or multi-sided platforms is helpful but not required.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
