About The Role

Home Solutions  is seeking a Growth Marketing Designer to play a key role in our emerging channels business. Reporting to the Director of Paid Social, the Growth Marketing Designer will concept and design creative assets for paid social ads in the home services industry, marrying brand guidelines with channel requirements and brainstorming new and innovative designs, messaging, and promotion styles for our growth marketing creative.

Your Day-To-Day 

  • Be responsible for versioning and testing a variety of image and video collateral across various paid social, native, and display performance assets (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc).
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the paid social and partnerships teams to develop new marketing initiatives and social campaigns.
  • Take a proactive role in building all creative assets, delivering a quick turnaround when required.
  • Have strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Lead production of net-new and iterative creative concepts across all platforms.
  • Stay on top of paid social and search creative trends; share new creative opportunities and ideas with team for the growth
  • Define and establish our best in class standards for static image and video advertising

About You

  • 1+ years of design / production experience, in a social, display, or native advertising environment
  • Excellent prioritization skills and knowledge of growth marketing fundamentals and best practices
  • A finger on the pulse of paid social and paid search creative trends and testing
  • Experience with video editing software (and best practices) 
  • Experience with the full Adobe Creative Suite and Canva desired
  • Working knowledge of applying visual content to social media tools and best practices: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube et cetera desired
  • An understanding of analytics reporting tools and web analysis measures
