About the Role
Home Solutions is looking for a Senior Paid Media Associate to join our performance marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone highly analytical and detail-oriented who’s eager to learn and grow in the world of digital advertising.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving problems, loves diving into data, and is excited about driving measurable business impact. You don’t need to come in knowing everything about Google Ads — but you should be hungry to learn, comfortable with numbers, and motivated to take ownership. 

Your Day-to-Day

  • Own, launch, analyze, and optimize paid search campaigns in the Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to optimize spend and improve ROI. 
  • Thoroughly test ad copy, bidding strategies, and targeting to discover new growth avenues and optimize campaign performance. 
  • Build and maintain regular reporting dashboards to track key performance metrics. 
  • Provide competitive analyses to help drive ad testing and campaign strategy. 
  • Analyze large data sets using advanced data visualization and analytical skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and Tableau to uncover insights and opportunities across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRO, Monetization, and design, to drive growth within the P&L.
  • Work closely with the Director of Paid Media on forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in a data-driven or analytical role (marketing, finance, consulting, etc.). Paid Media experience is a bonus, while analytical and strategic thinking is essential.
  • Effective problem-solving skills — you can identify issues, dig into root causes, and develop smart, actionable solutions. 
  • Comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets and building reports that provide actionable insights for the business. Experience with SQL is a plus. 
  • Experience with Google Ads or other digital media platforms is a plus. If you do not have the experience, we want to see an eagerness to learn. 
  • Curious and proactive — you’re always looking for opportunities and efficiencies, and eager to learn new tools and platforms.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, fast-paced decision-making, and evolving strategies.
  • Driven to innovate through AI and emerging tech; continuously explores smarter, faster ways to work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
