About the Role

Home Solutions is seeking a Senior Paid Social Analyst to play an instrumental role in driving paid social growth, strategy, and execution for a key P&L. We’re looking for a driven candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset who is passionate about analyzing performance data and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail to drive game-changing results.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Campaign Strategy: Proactively drive performance improvement by identifying and executing optimizations through rigorous data & profitability analysis.
  • Execution: Manage accounts and traffic campaigns in Social platforms, primarily in Facebook Ads Manager, with a keen attention to detail to ensure successful delivery.
  • Market Research: Dive deep into competitor campaign strategy  to drive ad testing and conversion funnel optimizations.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Creative teams to brainstorm and create new ads. Work together with our conversion rate optimization (CRO) team to hypothesize and develop data-driven site experiences.
  • Ownership: Measure and report on campaign performance, and propose and execute solutions that will drive profitable growth.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with leadership on financial metrics, issues, and opportunities.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in marketing, business, finance, economics, or mathematics.
  • 1-3+ years hands-on experience scaling paid social campaigns in Facebook Ads  Manager such that you can execute mostly autonomously. 
  • Experience driving toward performance goals, including profitability and conversion (vis a vis purely organic social goals like impressions and brand awareness).
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, vlookups) and comfort working with large datasets. Competency in statistics and SQL is a plus.
  • Your competitive spirit and relentless drive to win ensures you’re always pushing the ball forward and acting proactively.
  • Strong analytical skills and performance marketing intuition. You understand conversion funnels and use it to influence decision making.
  • You are a strong verbal communicator with the ability to build and influence relationships and compose effective communications. You can tell a story with data and concisely summarize insights into an action plan. You can also communicate a clear and logical campaign strategy.
