About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to support the launch of a new financial product for real estate professionals. In this role, you’ll design high-quality marketing assets that help agents promote products and services to their clients.
You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop visually compelling, customizable materials that align with a B2B2C model, empowering agents to act as brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing assets using Canva (must be highly proficient).
- Develop social media content for two main audiences:
- Agent recruitment: content to attract agents to the Homeward network.
- Agent enablement: ready-to-use templates for agents to share on their own accounts.
- Create a customizable listing presentation (PowerPoint/Canva) for agents to use in client meetings.
- Ensure all materials are easy to edit and on-brand, with placeholders for agent photos, contact info, and testimonials.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align assets with product positioning and campaign goals.
Requirements:
- Advanced Canva skills (mandatory), including experience building editable templates.
- Proven experience creating marketing collateral for professional services, real estate, or financial products.
- Strong eye for layout, design consistency, and brand tone.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality materials on time.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in real estate or B2B2C marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing for agent networks or brokerages.
