Client Advocate
As a Client Advocate, you’ll be the key liaison for plan administrators and brokers during the implementation and servicing of group insurance plans. You'll take ownership of relationships from initial onboarding to ongoing client support, ensuring seamless delivery of our products, which include Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Accident Insurance, Cancer Insurance, Life Insurance.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with plan administrators and brokers to ensure a consistently positive experience across all stages of the client journey. - Implementation Planning:
Create and execute detailed implementation plans in accordance with established protocols and timelines. - Documentation & Coordination:
Gather and verify client documentation, populate implementation workbooks, and ensure all internal departments are aligned and informed. - Enrollment Strategy & Execution:
Partner with enrollment and communications teams to develop enrollment strategies that meet participation and premium goals. - Training & Platform Testing:
Coordinate and lead training for enrollment staff and perform test runs on enrollment platforms prior to launch. - Ongoing Support:
Maintain regular meetings with clients and brokers, resolve inquiries promptly, and proactively manage issues throughout the plan year. - Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams—sales, underwriting, legal, compliance—as well as external partners to deliver top-tier service. - Compliance & Industry Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and recommend improvements to internal policies and workflows. - Reporting & Communication:
Prepare summaries and insights for leadership and utilize project management tools to maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- H.S Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in client management within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management and communication software tools
Pay Range:
- $53,200.00 - $78,550.00/annually.
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
