Who we are looking for

We are looking for two highly experienced QA professionals with strong expertise in both functional and automation testing. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in designing and executing test automation frameworks -  Playwright, and will bring proven skills in working with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow IRM. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability are critical for this role.

 

What your day-to-day will look like / Duties:

  • Lead functional and automation testing efforts across multiple projects.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery by identifying, documenting, and tracking defects.
  • Drive end-to-end test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide timely updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage.

 

What will make you stand out as a candidate/ Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years of proven experience in QA, with strong functional and automation testing expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright and similar automation tools.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
