We are looking for an exceptional person to join our team as an Account Coordinator.
Account Coordinators are the future of Hotwire and an essential part of our client service success. This is Hotwire’s entry level role and requires a passion for communications, excellent time and organizational skills, great attention to detail, creative flair and plenty of drive and determination.
You will be learning the tools of the comms trade, from developing an understanding of technology and business to spotting a great story, producing content, selling into influencers and reporting results to clients. While you will be learning, you’ll also be taking responsibility for executing aspects of client campaigns, coming up with creative ideas, carrying out research, reporting, communicating with media and key influencers, and participating in client and internal meetings.
Daily, you will:
- Research and implement forward-thinking strategies, staying on top of AI, tech trends, and media developments.
- Effectively manage competing priorities and executing tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Create and maintain databases for media, events, awards, and editorials.
- Conduct research projects for team members and communicate your findings.
- Produce client documents for media and analyst tours, as well as other events like speaking opportunities.
- Participate in media campaigns and product launches, including press outreach.
- Provide general support for agency projects, such as social media posts and new business research.
- Bring proactive ideas and opportunities to the team to advance your client's objectives.
- Gain an understanding of a client's market by reading relevant industry publications and reporting any significant findings to the team.
You’ll Bring:
- At least one prior internship experience.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – having an opinion is a must!
- Proficiency with general office tools and platforms such as the Microsoft Suite, Slack, and media tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry trends.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Skills in managing competing priorities and knowing how to execute and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation Range: $42,000 - $65,000
The range listed is just one component of Hotwire’s total compensation package for employees, which includes bonus opportunities and a variety of benefits mentioned above. Hotwire takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected work to be performed, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. A potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
