Booking Consultant (Part-time Weekends)

The team
You will be joining the Managed Account Department. The Managed Accounts Department was created 4 years ago and has grown significantly these last years. Managed Accounts are fully focused on providing an excellent service to their clients by handling their inventory and delivering positive results. Their priority is attention to detail and customer satisfaction. As a team of 11, we are eager to learn, grow and above all succeed as a team. We are collaborative, supportive with each other and we achieve all of our goals as one. 

 

The role
You are responsible for generating revenue & maximising conversion for all Managed Accounts. Your responsibility is to maintain our clients’ performance while generating revenue for them and HousingAnywhere.


Responsibilities

  • You will be replying in a timely manner to all inquiries received in the profiles of our MAs.
  • You will be handling all conversations with great attention to detail and you will be providing our potential  tenants with guidance.
  • You will always make sure that each client’s document is up to date when it comes to criteria and preferences. 
  • You will be assisting our landlords/ clients with any before & after booking requests.
  • You will be providing critical feedback on the product use.
  • You will be assisting with the onboarding of new clients and building a great relationship with them.
  • You will be in contact with all AMs in order for the department to acquire new clients. 
  • You will be testing along with the whole team new features on our product and you will be providing feedback. 
  • You will be responsible for dividing the workload to the whole team and making sure that all inquiries are handled in time. 
  • You will be providing personalised consultation to our clients based on the region they operate in.

  • Available from January 2025 on Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 - 18:00
