Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Residential HVAC Installer, you’ll be a crucial member of our team, bringing comfort to homes by installing, maintaining, and servicing forced air heating and cooling systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Installing and replacing all brands of HVAC equipment.
- Starting up and maintaining HVAC systems for maximum efficiency.
- Keeping your work truck organized and operating safely.
- Completing digital paperwork for each job using company-provided tech.
- Promoting company services and maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction.
- Providing training for customers on using their new systems.
- Supporting other team members with technical knowledge when needed.
What You’ll Bring

- Must provide your own hand tools – all specialized tools provided.
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of HVAC program at a technical college (helpful but not required).
- 5 years of HVAC experience or a mix of experience and education preferred.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
- NATE certification in CORE and specialties preferred.

- Physical stamina and strength are essential for lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, at heights, and on ladders or lifts.
- Frequent use of hand tools and operation of heavy equipment.
- Adaptability to diverse customer and technical scenarios.
