Your Role
We are looking for a strategic Executive Operations Specialist and a Sr. Executive Operations Specialist to act as a key partner to our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity as we are seeking to fill two roles! This is not just about managing calendars and logistics; you will be a central force driving operational excellence.
You will deeply understand the leader's operational cadence and act as a confidential hub for critical information. You will ensure the leadership team focuses on high-impact initiatives that advance our strategic priorities by assisting in key projects, facilitating communication, and optimizing their time. This is a role for a proactive problem-solver who is a catalyst for strategic execution.
For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln. But with our flexible work policy, there aren't any current requirements for the number of days you come to the office.
Must-Haves
- Experienced. You have at least 1 year of experience working in a corporate environment. For the Senior position, a minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
- Trustworthy. You can be trusted with highly confidential information and are known for your reliability and discretion. You are someone who can finish tasks on time with little oversight.
- Organized and detail-oriented. You have impeccable attention to detail and a system to keep everything organized. You are constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency.
- A strong communicator. You have incredible writing and editing skills and can communicate effectively across all roles and levels, as well as globally.
Nice-to-Haves
- An excellent relationship builder. You can build strong, trusting relationships across all levels of the organization and have the confidence to work with senior executives.

Our Role
- Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
- Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
- Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
- Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
- Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
