Your Role

We are looking for a strategic Senior Executive Operations Specialist to act as a key partner to our leadership team. This is a high-impact, strategic role that is less about traditional administration and more about driving organizational outcomes. You will be instrumental in ensuring the General Manager's (GM) time is optimized for strategic leadership, not tactical details.
You will deeply understand the leader's strategic vision and operational cadence. Your primary focus will be acting as a confidential hub for critical information and implementing systems that drive clear accountability and organizational clarity across cross-functional teams.

This role requires working in our headquarters, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of Lincoln.

Key Focus Areas & Impact

  • Operational Hygiene & Accountability: You will design, implement, and manage the operating rhythm for the leadership team. This includes structuring and managing leadership meetings to ensure concise summaries, clear action items, and documented ownership are achieved consistently.
  • Driving Strategic Projects: You will take ownership of ambiguous, cross-functional projects, quickly translating high-level goals into concrete, actionable plans and managing stakeholders across the organization to deliver results.
  • Time & Focus Optimization: You will be the primary gatekeeper for the leader's time, proactively eliminating low-value work and meetings and ensuring the schedule is aligned with the business unit's top priorities.

Must-Haves

  • Senior Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or Project Manager supporting senior-level leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Chief of Staff Mindset: You possess proven experience moving beyond administrative tasks to drive organizational structure, process, and accountability for a leadership team.
  • Process & Discipline: You have an innate ability to design and implement clear processes (meeting hygiene, document control, project tracking) that ensure consistency and reliability.
  • High Trust & Confidentiality: You are known for your absolute discretion and reliability when handling highly sensitive and confidential business information.
  • Strong Communicator: You possess superior writing and editing skills and can communicate effectively and concisely across all roles and levels, translating complex discussions into clear takeaways.
  • Relationship Builder: You can build strong, trusting relationships quickly, which you leverage to drive accountability across teams where you have no direct authority.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Project Management Expertise: Experience utilizing project management tools (like Asana) to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Analytical Acumen: Experience leveraging data (or a background in analytics) to influence decisions and measure the business impact of operational improvements.

Our Role

  • Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
  • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
  • Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
  • Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.

The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.

We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
