Your Role

In this role, you will work closely with the Education team and support Hudl Academy by marking certification courses and creating digital learning content. Your main focus will be course assessment and content creation in the the season. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Hudl Academy course assessment and marking 

• Review assignments for Hudl Academy’s certification courses, which include Hudl Sportscode, Coach and Analyst Academy projects.
• Grade assignments thoroughly and consistently by applying the pre-defined marking criteria and rubrics provided.
• Provide relevant feedback on these assignments to users that aligns with the marking criteria.
• Reporting and alerting on the volume and scale of the ongoing assessments.

Online Learning Content Creation 

• Create new and update existing digital learning materials for Hudl customers (including design, screen layout, interactivity, animation, effects, build and functionality, in addition to cross-team collaboration on guiding the best digital assets (imagery and videos), in collaboration with the Global Education team
• High focus on e-learning course development and programming with Articulate 360 technologies to grow and maintain our Hudl Academy platform.
• Quality Assurance and testing of course elements.

 

Progress reporting and feedback 

• Contributing to regular Education team meetings to guide the planning and development timelines for content releases
• Ensuring timely and accurate updates of JIRA tickets for progress monitoring

Education, Experience and Certifiaction

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience creating digital instructional content for software users preferred
• Proven experience of delivering content with e-learning authoring tools preferred
• Proven experience with video and audio editing is preferred
• Prior or any knowledge in LMS standards and learning tools like (Articulate 360, Storyline 360 and RISE 360) will be an advantage/plus.

• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent inter-team communication skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong attention to visual and written detail, excellent writing and grammar skills
• Video and Audio editing skills
• Instructional learning design experience (desirable)
• Experience with Hudl’s products (desirable)
