  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX, complex journey simplification, information architecture, and content-heavy experiences.
  • Experience translating complex business and technical requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions.
  • Strong understanding of UX research, journey mapping, personalization, accessibility, and design systems.
  • Strong visual awareness and understanding of visual design principles, composition, typography, hierarchy, and interaction design.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams and influence senior stakeholders through clear storytelling and design rationale.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
  • Understanding of digital product strategy, analytics, experimentation, and privacy considerations.
