Distribution Channel Manager

Remote US

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $210,000 to $225,000 base plus bonus and equity

What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

As the Distribution Channel Manager, you'll be a key player in expanding Huntress's reach and impact. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with our distributor partners, helping us open new high-volume channels and amplify the Huntress brand. • Support the execution of joint go-to-market plans with our distributor partners, contributing to strategy, execution schedules, resources, and budgets
  • Drive program evangelism through joint lunch-and-learns, roadshows, executive briefings, and webinars, highlighting Huntress's offerings mapped to distributor solution plays
  • Assist in planning and executing joint events, digital marketing strategies, and content creation with our distributor partners

Sales Enablement & Performance:

  • Ensure Huntress's field readiness enablement for distributor channels, including supporting sales enablement programs and training
  • Facilitate introductions and meetings between Huntress and distributor account teams, assisting with account mapping and planning
  • Participate in regular business reviews, tracking progress against agreed-upon targets, including pipeline velocity and deal value for distributor-driven opportunities
  • Collaborate with distributors to identify and develop customer evidence, success stories, and case studies

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 5+ years of experience in a channel, business development, or sales role, specifically with a focus on distributor relationships, within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of contributing to the growth and management of successful distributor channels
  • Understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and the value of distributor partnerships.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, comfortable interacting with various levels within distributor organizations
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, capable of initiating new relationships and maintaining organized tracking and reporting
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for distributors and joint customers
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to establish regular planning cadences and achieve joint targets

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
