Why This Role?

Hotwire is seeking a Senior Manager of Data, Insights & Analytics to play a key role in contributing to and developing the fastest-growing area of our global business. As part of our tech-forward intelligence practice, the Senior Manager will work directly with Directors and Senior Executives on the team to flawlessly execute research and analytics reports that elevate data into actionable insights to have a profound impact on client work and new business proposals.

The ideal candidate is part data analyst, part strategic problem solver. He or she is equally happy getting deep into the weeds of a media analysis project or when helping to build out a strategic presentation, using their deep understanding of media and digital analytics to uncover actionable insights and tell stories with data. Please note that this is a 12 month contact.

What You Will Do:

  • Execute digital, media and audience analysis, social listening research, and measurement assignments with limited supervision
  • Think strategically and have the ability to tell a story with data
  • Develop research reports and presentations, for use across new business pitches and client work
  • Gather data from key data sources (e.g. Brandwatch, GWI, Cision, QUID, Canvas8) in a methodical way to answer client and new business briefs
  • Partner with account teams and senior leads within the agency to bring innovative ideas, research and insights that push our clients to think differently and deliver strong results
  • Engage directly with clients to provide strategic counsel throughout all stages of the process and deliver exceptional research that meets the clients’ business needs and solve specific client business problems.
  • Collaborate with Global Head of Data and Analytics to bring new ideas into practice and foster a tech-forward consultancy attitude within the agency to the benefit of both the client and team.
  • Establish trust, respect and credibility as a leader and business partner for research and insights across the UK business

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital and media analytics, audience or market research, and client consultancy. Agency experience preferred
  • Confident working with data from a variety of different sources, from first party to third party data sources, with a proven ability to combine these together to identify actionable insights, draw conclusions and develop strategic recommendations
  • Experience working with and creating dashboards that integrate multiple data sources to tell stories and effectively demonstrate the impact of programs back to clients
  • Experience with tools including GWI, Brandwatch, QUID, Sparktoro, Looker, Tableau, and others
  • Time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deliverables and timelines at once
  • Must be able to quickly learn new tools and databases
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Track record of building successful relationships across organisations to promote the impact and value of research, analytics and insights

Why Us:

  • Flexible working arrangements to support work/life balance.
  • Well-being allowance or private healthcare.
  • Freedom and support to be limitless within the business.
  • Sponsored sabbatical after 4 years of service.
  • A connected, courageous, and friendly team creating adventurous work while having fun.
  • An exciting and rewarding long-term career with constant challenges and fresh opportunities.
  • Global reach within our offices.
  • Fantastic benefits, including early finish Fridays, 25 days’ holiday, and great team socials.
  • Thoughtful Working approach, encouraging optimal working methods for clients, the team, and ourselves.
