ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES COORDINATOR
The Environmental Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting Hydrite’s Environmental Services customers through accurate waste profiling, scheduling, invoicing, and coordination with approved waste vendors. This position serves as a key liaison between customers, internal branch personnel, and external treatment and disposal facilities to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Prepare, maintain, and update all hazardous waste profiles for Environmental Services customers.
- Respond to treatment and disposal facility (TDF) requests, including supporting customers with non‑conforming waste shipments, updating profiles, and issuing required recertifications.
- Act as a liaison between Environmental Services customers, branch personnel, and approved waste vendors.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date waste master records, including customer addresses, contacts, and waste profile information.
- Schedule waste pick‑ups, coordinating with production and transportation teams as needed to meet customer requirements and ensure on‑time service.
- Invoice all waste pick‑ups after receiving vendor invoices and billing logs.
- Process vendor invoices and submit completed documentation to Corporate Accounts Payable for payment.
- Review customer records in M3 and the Waste Master systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Issue Hydrite approval letters to customers for new waste streams.
- Perform all duties in accordance with applicable SOPs, regulatory requirements, and Hydrite policies.
- Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety, and process training as required; must maintain RCRA compliance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to balance workloads and support overall branch success.
- Support effective communication across Hydrite departments where responsibilities overlap.
- Maintain regular attendance, meet assigned deadlines, and complete tasks in a timely manner.

- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and treat customers and coworkers with courtesy and respect.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, environmental science, business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn internal systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
