Position Overview:  

We are seeking an experienced onsite Technical Account Manager (TAM) & Site Lead to support our Hypori CSfC solution at a customer site. This role combines technical account management with hands-on engineering responsibilities, including server updates, on-premises equipment management, and customer engagement. Additionally, this individual will lead a team of two onsite personnel and serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions and site operations. This role is onsite at the customer location and the candidate must reside within the Greater Tampa Bay area with a TS/SCI with CI poly clearance 

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the primary customer-facing TAM, ensuring a seamless experience with Hypori’s CSfC solution. Serve as the main point of contact for designated enterprise clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Manage and maintain on-premises Hypori infrastructure, including server updates and hardware configurations.  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Hypori deployments.  
  • Lead and oversee a team of two onsite personnel, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with customer needs. Understand clients' business objectives and technical requirements, provide strategic guidance and best practices to help them maximize the value of our product. 
  • Serve as the site lead, managing day-to-day operations and liaising between Hypori and the customer.  
  • Conduct customer briefings, status updates, and technical deep dives to support adoption and usage.  
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for secure mobility and compliance.  
  • Work closely with Hypori’s internal teams (engineering, product, and customer success) to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements. 
  • Proactively monitor client usage and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion. 
  • Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, championing their needs and influencing product roadmap decisions. 
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes, documentation, and training materials to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. 
  • Continuously seek opportunities to add value and exceed client expectations, driving retention and expansion of client accounts. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, sharing insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams. 

Qualifications: 

  • Must have Top Secret/SCI Clearance with a CI poly or the ability to obtain a CI poly.  
  • Must reside within the Greater Tampa Bay area, as this is an onsite position.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Strong hands-on experience with server administration, system updates, and hardware maintenance.  
  • Proven leadership experience, managing personnel and site operations.  
  • Background in technical account management, systems engineering, or IT administration supporting government customers.  
  • Familiarity with CSfC solutions, cybersecurity protocols, and secure communications.  
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and drive resolution. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for client success.  
  • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.  
  • A willingness to travel occasionally (15-20%) to client meetings and industry events (if necessary). 
  • At least Security + certification or higher.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working in a SaaS environment and knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management). 
  • Experience working within the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community or SOCOM.  
  • Knowledge of virtualization, networking, and security architecture.  
  • Prior experience deploying or supporting mobile security solutions. 
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified Professional) are a plus.

Pay range  

$130,000 - $150,000 USD
