Quorim Product Manager - Private Credit

Full-time | Hybrid NYC | iAltA Holdings – Private Markets Ecosystem

Who We Are

iAltA is a next-generation financial services ecosystem purpose-built to power the future of private markets. Our platform of companies spans data infrastructure, regulated entities, payments capabilities, and investment services—designed to serve General Partners (GPs), Limited Partners (LPs), and the broader capital markets ecosystem. We build and scale foundational systems that enable capital to move more intelligently, transparently, and efficiently across asset classes. iAltA Holdings serves as the strategic and operational backbone of this ecosystem—incubating companies, aligning shared services, deploying capital, and driving innovation across the platform.

At iAltA, every leader must have growth-company DNA: operating with speed, clarity, resilience, and accountability in a complex, high-change environment. In addition, we are an AI-enabled organization; we expect all team members to actively leverage AI tools to work smarter, move faster, and continuously improve outcomes. Things move fast, and we value action, intention, and teamwork above all else.

This role sits in Quorim, iAltA's private credit initiative — building infrastructure that automates the operational processes underpinning private credit. Today the market runs on processes inherited from the broadly syndicated loan (BSL) world; we're rethinking them from the ground up. It is an early-stage effort with real institutional customers and no existing playbook to copy. You will help write it.

What We're Looking For

An early-career (aspiring) product manager who wants to create, not maintain. You have around two years of financial and/or product management experience and the drive to prove you belong in the role. You take ownership without being asked, turn ambiguity into clear plans, and step in whenever needed. You're genuinely interested in capital markets and excited to go deep on a complex, high-stakes domain. You'd rather write the playbook than execute someone else's.

You'll do this work alongside — and learn directly from — loan-market industry veterans and fintech entrepreneurs who have built and scaled successful businesses in this space. Here’s your chance to deliver meaningful value at an early-stage startup and build deep domain expertise.

AI use is embedded across your work processes, and you appreciate working in dynamic hybrid office environments.

In This Role, You Will

  • Run our AI-centered product process day to day — from spec to prototype to decomposition to delivery — with direct coaching from the Head of Product.
  • Write clear, precise product specs and interactive prototypes that engineers can build from without hand-holding.
  • Learn the private credit domain deeply — loan mechanics, trade settlement, servicing, fund operations — and turn that knowledge into product decisions.
  • Demo the product and train users. Learn to present to prospects (presales-style) and train new users — getting close to clients to hear feedback firsthand and feed it back into the product.
  • Assist with support and operations. We're a startup; you'll be one of the people who steps in to "make it work," regardless of what "it" is.
  • Use AI tooling actively to move faster and raise the quality of everything you ship.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

  • 2+ years of product management or UX experience, or product/design internships
  • A demonstrated interest in finance — through work, study, or personal projects.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and scrappiness — a self-starter who operates with speed and ownership.
  • Excellent writing ability — clear, precise written communication is the core of this job.
  • Bonus: exposure to any of — syndicated loans, private credit, buy-side / fund-manager operations, custodian/trustee operations, CLO operations, pre-sales, or business analysis. Domain depth is teachable; we expect to teach it.

You Will Embody iAltA's Core Values

  • Intentional, but Opportunistic – We Say Yes!
  • Adaptability
  • Loyalty
  • Team First, Ego Last
  • Always Learning

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $115,000 - $135,000
  • Annual performance bonus target: 10% of base salary
  • Equity participation in the initiative's portfolio company
  • Flexible time off policies
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents
  • Opportunity to shape the infrastructure of the next-generation private markets ecosystem

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
