This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office /2 days remote).
About your team:
We seek a detail-oriented Market Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our market data administration, focusing on vendor/contract management, policy review/rights management, vendor lifecycle processes, and vendor communication.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Global Exchange Support: Research and compile statistics and policies using online tools and resources and support market data audits.
- Internal Client Support: Provide accurate and timely internal client support, ensuring all new requests follow the appropriate onboarding processes.
- Inventory Management: Manage the lifecycle of subscription services for internal Customers. Analyze current services to justify spending and review new services for potential inclusion or replacement of existing services.
- Vendor Compliance: Assist with spot checks and research for regulatory and compliance reviews. Work with internal teams to resolve any issues identified during spot checks.
- Process Improvement: Support projects and initiatives to streamline market data vendor projects, enhancing efficiency and service quality.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain clear documentation on market data processes, usage guidelines, and subscriber information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major or concentration in Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or History
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Financial Information Associate and FISD Data Licensing (desirable).
