  • 小売および機関投資家クライアントからの問い合わせや懸念事項に対して、対面会議、電話、電子メール、オンラインメッセージを通じて外部と、また営業担当者やカスタマーサービス担当者と内部的に対応する

  • クライアントの問い合わせに対応しながら、AMLとKYCの知識を重視したマルチタスク処理

資格・経験

  • 学士号
  • クライアントサービスおよび/または金融サービスにおいて2〜3年の経験が望ましい。やる気があり適性を示す金融、法律、会計、または情報システムなどの新卒者も検討される
  • 日本語ネイティブで英語の読み書きおよび口頭コミュニケーションスキルが優れていること。広東語と北京語ができれば有利
  • 最低2年間の経験と馴染み、できればブローカレッジまたは企業銀行で得られたもの。クライアントの懸念や問題を丁重に対応する知識を示す
  • 強力な調査、研究、問題解決スキル
  • さまざまなプロジェクトと会社のイニシアチブをマルチタスクできる
  • MS Outlook、MS Word、およびMS Excelの中級レベルの経験
  • 複数のタスクと責任を同時に処理しながら、独立して効果的にチームの一員として働く能力
