Senior Solutions Engineer

This role sits within our Technology team, which empowers the firm through secure, scalable, and innovative solutions. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in driving Salesforce and enterprise technology projects that streamline operations and elevate client service.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions and architecture
  • Lead project delivery across platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce, using Agile methodologies
  • Build customized workflows, dashboards, and automations to support diverse business units
  • Integrate AI-powered tools to enhance knowledge management, search, and automation
  • Ensure platform stability and user satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving system issues
  • Document and deliver training and enablement resources for system users
  • Support change management, including communications and adoption strategies
  • Stay on top of emerging technology trends, especially in AI and automation

 

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, or technical consulting
  • 4+ years hands-on experience administering and building in Salesforce environments
  • Exposure to large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT or Claude
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Apex
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems in a fast-paced setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

Location
Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York City office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

 

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $170,000 - $190,000 together with the benefits listed above.
