Your Role at impact.com

As a member of the Creator Solutions team, impact.com’s in-house performance creator experts, you will be responsible for driving success across a portfolio of client accounts. You will manage creator programs and campaigns across diverse verticals, including fashion, parenting, food, technology, and more. Our programs span from introductory performance-led strategies to year-long brand ambassador initiatives. In this role, you will own the campaign execution cycle from start to finish for a select group of clients while providing key support on a variety of larger, strategic programs. 

You will serve as a critical operational pillar for the Creator Solutions team, focusing on the tactical execution that enables the growth of our clients' Creator and Affiliate Programs. You will support the Leads and Managers in executing strategies for creator recruitment, relationship management, and partner outreach, ensuring a high-quality, vibrant, and profitable partner network.

What You'll Do

  1. Campaign Operations & Fulfillment
  • Supports the full campaign execution cycle, from initial casting through final reporting.
  • Organizes all external and internal documents for efficient campaign rollout.
  • Assists in creating creator campaign briefs based on brand guidelines and FTC compliance standards.
  • Collects and reviews creator content to ensure it meets the brief requirements and is free of spelling or grammar errors.
  • Communicates all necessary content edits with creators and verifies that live content reflects final approvals.
  • Help build wrap report shells and input campaign performance and content data.
  1. Creator Relations & Recruitment Support
  • Communicates with creators in partnership with Leads and Managers, handling monitoring messages, day-to-day questions, facilitating product shipment, and managing content collection.
  • Assists in casting and recruiting creators for campaigns or programs based on client criteria.
  • Sources and vets qualified creators for each campaign or program, providing data-driven recommendations on criteria such as follower count, location, niche, and audience demographics.
  • Reviews campaign or program applicants to ensure they are high-quality and qualified for the program.
  1. Program Strategy & Growth Support
  • Supports the development and implementation of performance-led strategies used to attract high-value creators.
  • Assists with strategizing content creation and casting to ensure campaigns and programs are on trend and relevant to the current social media landscape.
  • Supports the design and execution of incentive programs, including flat fees, performance-based rewards, and exclusive offers.
  • Provides excellent customer service and expertise to ensure both the clients and creators are satisfied and impressed with our services.
  1. Team Collaboration
  • Joins client kick-off calls, meticulously noting action items, recap notes and documenting questions.
  • Collaborates closely with domestic and global internal teams (community support, sales, product, marketing, and client success) to ensure seamless execution.

What You Bring

  • Adventageous: Completion of your free Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification on PXA. Candidates must mention this completion in their cover letter.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of professional experience contributing to the Affiliate Marketing, Creator Marketing, or Community Management space.
  • Basic foundational knowledge of creator and affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with the essential components of the creator lifecycle, including casting, negotiating, contracting, content fulfillment, draft approvals, and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage creator and client correspondence effectively.
  • A relationship-driven approach and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse work styles.
  • Strong passion for and knowledge of social media platforms and the ability to stay current on trends.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Slides, Google Sheets & Excel.
