What you will do:

Support daily production activities of a consigned equipment at an OSAT working with their maintenance and facilities teams.
Work with the process engineering team to monitor and analyze process metrics using advanced Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques, driving continuous improvements in yield and equipment utilization.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of equipment documentation, including specifications, training materials, and audit reports.
Mentor junior engineers/technicians and provide technical guidance on plasma process development and troubleshooting.

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years with bachelors or 8 years and a master’s degree; or 6 years and a PhD
Direct experience managing SPTS or plasma therm tools for daily production including PMs, day to day troubleshooting, support new recipe creations
Very strong knowledge of plasma etching, dicing, or related dry etch technologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and guiding teams to achieve technical excellence.
