The Impact You’ll Make

As a Cross-Platform Mobile Engineer at Incode, you will build the bridges that connect our high-performance Android and iOS SDKs with the most widely used cross-platform frameworks. Your work will empower customers to seamlessly integrate identity verification into their React Native, Flutter, or Cordova applications - while ensuring our native ML-driven capabilities perform flawlessly. You will shape wrapper architecture, influence SDK usability, and contribute to tools that thousands of developers rely on. 
This role is ideal for someone with native Android or iOS experience who has begun exploring cross-platform technologies - and wants to expand their skill set while staying close to the native layer.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Cross-Platform Wrapper Development - Write high-quality code that connects native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) SDKs with React Native, Flutter, and/or Cordova layers.
• Native-First Engineering - Spend the majority of your time working in native Android and iOS codebases to ensure wrappers expose reliable, high-performance functionality.
• SDK Thinking - Help build developer-friendly SDK experiences, documentation, and integration patterns used by external engineering teams.
• Testing & Quality - Write unit tests, support manual end-to-end testing, and contribute to ensuring stable releases across platforms.
• Architecture & Innovation - Participate in architectural decisions, propose enhancements, and bring new ideas to improve usability and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with mobile, backend, product, and support teams to ensure integrations are smooth and developer-centric.
• Ownership & Growth - Take full ownership of tasks after onboarding, continually exploring new technologies and best practices.

The Qualities That Set You Apart

• Native Mobile Foundation - You are confident in either Android or iOS native development and curious about expanding into cross-platform technologies.
• Cross-Platform Explorer - You have hands-on experience with at least one framework (React Native, Flutter, or Cordova) and are excited to deepen your skills across others.
• SDK Mindset - You think about the developer experience: clean APIs, clear documentation, smooth integration.
• Detail-Driven Engineer - You care about correctness, consistency, and how even small details affect user experience.
• Adaptable Learner - You thrive in environments where you can experiment, learn, and broaden your technical toolkit.

Your Background

• 2+ years of experience in native Android and/or iOS development.
• 1+ years of experience with at least one cross-platform framework: React Native, Flutter, or Cordova.
• Strong understanding of mobile design principles and interface guidelines.
• Solid communication skills in English.
• Interest in expanding across multiple mobile ecosystems and technologies.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with or interest in Xamarin.
• Experience writing or publishing mobile SDKs, libraries, or wrappers consumed by other developers.
• Familiarity with Cross-platform native bridges.
• Familiarity with AWS services.
• Prior contributions to open-source projects.
