Position Summary:

The Quality Administrator will provide administrative and quality system support across the organization. This role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with active participation in maintaining and improving the company’s ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and time zones.

Please note that this position will be 100% in office, no remote work

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
  • Maintain and update the company organizational chart.
  • Prepare and process expense reports as required.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars across multiple time zones.
  •  Support the development, maintenance and certification of the quality system in compliance with ISO 9001-2015 standard.
  • Ensure the availability, accuracy, and updating of documentation across all departments.
  • Assist with preparation, documentation, and coordination of internal and external audits.
  •  Record, review, and report non-conformances, participate in root cause investigations, and assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Promote and communicate the company’s continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze key process indicators to support operational improvements.
  •  Contribute to cross-functional business projects using Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Identify, document, and share best practices across teams.
  • Provide quality-related training to new employees as part of onboarding
  • Any other related duties in connection with the position.

Qualifications:

  •  Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office applications (Access, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
  • Strong Attention to detail, Organizational, Administrative and Time Management skills
  • Thorough compliance knowledge
  • Reliable with respect to confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting audits and compliance processes (preferred).
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical/Mental/Environment

  • Vision: Long periods of close work on computer screen.
  • Mental Demands: Interpret, analyze, research and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Environment: Climate controlled office space.

Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $29 – $31 CAD per hour
