About the Role:

We are looking for an innovative Procurement Manager to lead our procurement activities. The Procurement Manager will be very familiar with supply chains and the logistics involved, and experienced in contract management, able to implement cost-effective pricing agreements, material service agreements, and vendor contracts for goods and/or services. 

In this role you will be responsible for assisting with sourcing and purchasing activities at the project and department level, managing the entire procure-to-pay process from quote through payment. You will be involved with vendor management, inventory management, and demand planning where needed. You will have significant influence in driving towards critical financial goals and unit openings while working directly with key stakeholders across the company and will need to be comfortable managing stakeholder relationships, engagement, and deliverables. 

Reporting into the Procurement Director, this role can be based in any city where we have an Industrious location.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
  • Sourcing, engaging, and negotiating with reliable suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
  • Partnering with the design team to manage product life cycles.
  • Procuring to meet demands, organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
  • Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
  • Implementing a demand planning strategy to tackle scale and producing quarterly and annual forecasts.
  • Providing clear and effective stakeholder management throughout procurement projects.
  • Assisting in the recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of additional procurement roles.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, logistics, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with physical assets preferred
  • Experience in procurement for construction, hospitality, retail, and/or furniture, fixtures, and equipment is a bonus.
  • Experience with international vendors preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team focus, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, and proactively develop solutions
  • Comprehensive understanding of spreadsheets, and office productivity software applications

Compensation

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $90,000 - $100,000. In addition, you'll be eligible for an annual bonus of 12.5%. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.

Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious’ total compensation package that may be available to employees.
