PLEASE NOTE: this is an independent contractor position (indefinite contracting time period)

Responsibilities:

• Acting as point of contact for AP matters in the US time zone, for all Infinite Commerce brands (Juvo/CHB/Moonshot/DF).
• Responding to Accounting inbox emails regarding payments and vendor matters for all IC brands.
• Liaising with team in China for any questions relating to vendors and payments.
• Dealing with contractor issues from HR, wholesale and CHB to ensure payment on time.
• Setting up new vendors in bill.com and Quickbooks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 
• Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience, preferably in the e-commerce, consumer and/or distribution industry. 
• Knowledge of US Accounting and best practices 
• English proficiency both speaking and writing

Skills:

• Demonstrated strong partnership and communication skills, fostering a collaborative, team-first approach, particularly in high-growth early to late-stage private companies
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of embracing novel opportunities/challenges and developing unique and compelling solutions.
• Proven track record of managing multiple demanding projects simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and execute autonomously.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is ₡6,880,364-₡8,256,437 CRC annually. This is an indefinite independent contracting position.
