Position Summary: 

The Senior Brand Analyst is responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of Amazon account. This role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, setting and measuring brand-level goals, and optimizing pricing to maximize profitability and competitiveness. You will monitor brand performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve common goals 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee Portfolio Management: Analyze a portfolio of 5-10 Amazon brands, ensuring optimal performance and growth. 
  • Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies: Create and implement sales and marketing strategies focused on pricing strategies, listing optimizations, and identifying new product variations. 
  • Set and Measure Goals: Maintain brand-level sales and contribution margin goals and regularly monitor brand performance against these goals. 
  • Pricing Analysis and Optimization: Analyze and adjust pricing to manage stock levels and maximize profitability and competitiveness. 
  • Monitor and Improve Brand Performance: Provide ongoing monitoring of brand performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams such as operations, advertising, marketing, new product development and finance to align strategies and achieve common goals. 
  • Identify and Resolve Issues: Develop strategies to address low-margin and low-growth products, finding innovative solutions to improve performance. 
  • Maintain Quality Listings: Ensure product listings are optimized and comply with Amazon’s policies and best practices. 
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and insights using Excel and other tools, providing recommendations based on data analysis. 
  • Support and Guide Teams: Support and guide operations teams to execute strategies and achieve objectives. 
  • Stay Updated: Keep up on industry trends, Amazon policies, and the competitive landscape to maintain a leading edge. 

 

Qualifications required: 

  • 3+ years of prior experience working in Amazon's seller central (3P) 
  • Excel Reporting: Strong skills in Excel for reporting and analysis. 
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality work and accuracy in data. 
  • Understanding of Sell-through: Knowledge of sell-through metrics and how they impact inventory management and sales performance. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and convey ideas across different teams. 
  • Self-sufficiency: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • Delegation Skills: Capable of delegating tasks to the operations team and managing work distribution effectively. 
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset for developing innovative approaches to improve brand performance. 
  • Results-driven: Proven track record of achieving sales and contribution margin goals. 
  • Good to have prior experience of Monday.com 

 

Compensation discloses

The anticipated annual hiring range for this position is PHP 820,728.48 to PHP 1,025,910.60. The final salary will be based on a candidate’s experience, location, and market practices. Beyond base salary, you will be eligible for an annual incentive program, health and welfare benefits, and comprehensive time off programs, including annual leave, public holiday vacation, sick leave, floating holidays, and other perks. We aim to offer a competitive and attractive compensation package that reflects the local market conditions and ensures our employees feel valued and supported.
