Director of Marketing - fully remote

US - Remote

What You Will Do In This Role

As the Director of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, driving brand awareness and customer and partner acquisition through innovative and tried and true strategies. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital, content, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and traditional marketing. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. By analyzing market trends and customer insights, you will identify opportunities for growth and differentiation, positioning Inflect as a leader in digital infrastructure solutions. You have to be comfortable being a leader and a doer - we’re a small (but growing) team and that means you’ll be leading the strategy but also getting your hands dirty doing the work and making the strategy come to life.

Who You Are

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a deep understanding of the digital infrastructure landscape. You are always looking for innovative ways to drive growth and brand awareness. You are a natural leader who inspires and motivates, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Your analytical mindset allows you to make data-driven decisions, and you are always seeking to optimize marketing performance through continuous improvement.

You might consider your biggest strength to be your curiosity…about everything! You love to ask oodles of questions and learn from everyone around you. You also enjoy experimenting with new marketing strategies and tools, and you are not afraid to take calculated risks to achieve your goals. When the rubber meets the road, you are results-oriented and hyper-focused on achieving the company's business objectives, always aligning your marketing strategies with the overall goals of the organization. And at the end of the day, your ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances sets you apart from the pack.

Maybe most importantly, you are an innovator and a trailblazer. We’re changing the way a trillion dollar industry does business. We’re looking for fearless changemakers to join our crew!

Who We Are

We’re revolutionizing the way companies buy and sell digital infrastructure (Datacenter, cloud, and network services), and we’re extremely proud of that. Digital infrastructure services are the building blocks of the internet and at the core of every industry. Traditionally it’s been bought manually through service provider sales people, resulting in high costs, slow procurement cycles, and services that aren’t the best fit - slowing down the ability of companies to build and innovate. Inflect’s marketplace and advisory are removing friction so any company can get what they need, when they need it, with the right deal terms. By achieving our mission, we unlock businesses to build and human innovation to inflect!

Of course, we’re also a startup, and it’s important that you understand what that means if you work for us. We work quick, we work smart, we work hard, and the road to success is filled with some of the highest highs, but also has its fair share of lows. If you’re looking for the same thing day in and day out, this will not be the place for you. (And that’s totally okay!) We’re all owners of Inflect -full time employees receive option grants-, and we know that we’re the reason we’ll achieve our goals, or we’ll be the reason we don’t. So believe me when I say that we’re hell bent on achieving our goals. If this sounds like the kind of environment you would thrive in then we’d love to have you!

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
