What you will be doing:

As a Senior Digital Analytics Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships, leveraging project management tools (such as Jira) and interacting with clients via video call and email. You will be leading advanced implementations and providing strategic guidance to improve their digital marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Laying the Foundation for Success: You will lead the charge on our InfoTrust Implement package, establishing durable, compliant, and scalable data collection architectures for our clients. This includes:
    • Conducting stakeholder discovery to understand client goals and challenges.
    • Developing comprehensive data dictionaries and implementation guides.
    • Overseeing the deployment of the data collection framework, including tag management and QA.
  • Delivering Actionable Insights: You will manage our InfoTrust Insights package, providing scalable analytics support to help clients make better, faster decisions. This includes:
    • Providing ongoing support for Google Analytics, including GA360 configuration and troubleshooting.
    • Managing tag and consent management solutions.
    • Supporting clients with Looker Studio to unlock deeper insights.
    • Training and upskilling client teams on the GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio. 
  • Driving Strategy and Growth: You will work with some of the largest brands in the world, helping them move from data to decisions to impact. You'll educate clients on the latest in web and app measurement, server-side technology, and downstream integrations to maximize the value of their analytics.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 4+ years of experience utilizing and implementing Google Analytics (GA4). Experience with other analytics platforms is a huge plus!
  • A love for learning new technologies in the digital analytics space.
  • A real passion for helping clients solve complex business and marketing questions.
  • The ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Client management experience and a knack for creating raving fans.
  • A self-starter attitude with a drive to deepen your expertise in digital analytics.
  • A passion for the power of data and a desire to help clients understand its potential.
  • Interest in innovation around AI concepts and tools. 

Nice to have:

  • BigQuery experience.
  • Experience utilizing dashboard tools such as Looker Studio and PowerBI.
  • Tracking mobile apps, via Firebase. 

Location:

InfoTrust is a global organization. We are looking for the right candidate for this role in any of the following locations:

  • Cebu City, Philippines: In-person for the first 3 months, then the ability to work hybrid (third shift)
  • Manila, Philippines: In-person for the first 3 months, then the ability to work hybrid (third shift)
