HubSpot Administrator
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HubSpot Administrator to oversee and optimize the management of our HubSpot CRM platform. This role focuses on CRM configuration, data management, reporting, and dashboard creation to ensure seamless operations and insightful decision-making. While a basic understanding of marketing principles is helpful, the primary focus is on the technical and administrative aspects of HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration & Management
- Serve as the primary administrator for the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring optimal configuration and functionality.
- Manage user access, permissions, and roles to ensure data security and compliance.
- Oversee the integration of HubSpot with other tools and platforms (e.g., email, automation, and third-party apps).
- Monitor and maintain data integrity by managing duplicates, performing regular audits, and implementing quality control processes.
- Customize properties, workflows, pipelines, and automation to align with business processes.
Data Management
- Maintain and enrich CRM data through imports, exports, and integrations.
- Implement data hygiene best practices to ensure accurate, consistent, and up-to-date information.
- Design and execute processes for capturing and categorizing customer data effectively.
Reporting & Dashboard Creation
- Develop custom dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into sales, marketing, and customer success metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to define reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Regularly analyze and present CRM data to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Process Optimization
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes within HubSpot, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide training and ongoing support for end-users to maximize platform adoption and efficiency.
- Stay current with HubSpot updates and new features, proactively recommending enhancements to improve system capabilities.
Marketing Collaboration (as needed)
- Support marketing teams with data segmentation for campaigns and workflows.
- Provide technical assistance in setting up tracking and analytics for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role, with a strong focus on CRM management.
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot's CRM, reporting, and dashboard capabilities.
- Familiarity with data management principles, including data hygiene, imports, and exports.
- Experience in building and maintaining workflows, pipelines, and automation within HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and tools (e.g., email marketing, segmentation, lead nurturing).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- HubSpot certification(s) (e.g., HubSpot CRM Implementation, Reporting, or Admin certifications).
- Experience integrating HubSpot with other platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, Slack).
- Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
