
Impact and Inclusion Associate
Inizio is looking for a strategic Inclusion & Impact Associate to join the Global Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion team to manage Communications and Marketing efforts. You will help share stories related to the many components of Global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. By collaborating with Marketing & Communication and Department leaders, you will support programs that foster belonging, increase employee engagement, and build an inclusive culture that aligns with Inizio’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.
You will report to our Global Head of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and may work remotely in the US or UK. You’ll work with teammates across the globe, mostly with tools like Teams and Zoom, but occasionally travel (5%) for face-to-face meetings like project kick-offs and team offsites.
Here's what you'll do:
As Inclusion & Impact Associate, you will help design and implement our communication strategy to build greater belonging and engagement for the diverse colleagues, clients, and communities we serve. You will understand communications and marketing principles, and an ability to publicize and build excitement with related programs. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Internal Communications

Draft and curate engaging content that highlights projects, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and internal communications.

Develop content used to recognize and educate about diverse holidays and events.

Maintain a master calendar of Inclusion & Impact events throughout Inizio

Identify opportunities to promote and amplify diverse and inclusive stories across the organization.

Website and Intranet Management

Manage the Inclusion & Impact section of intranet and updates with relevant content.

Be a liaison for web design and recommend development and updates to the Inclusion & Impact section of Inizio website.
External Marketing

Plan and implement marketing campaigns that promote inclusion, ensuring alignment with our goals.

Work with Marketing and Communications to produce content that is accessible, measurable, and shareable.

Draft marketing and communication materials to promote programs.

Navigate digital marketing platforms with a full understanding of user behavior and produce content that improves engagement metrics with target audiences.

Monitor the effectiveness of DEI marketing campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
Administrative Support:

Manage logistics for Global events, workshops, and webinars

Provide broad-based administrative support across team with an emphasis on project management with experience using project management tools.

Support BU Inclusion & Impact programs, managing timelines and important deliverables by setting and reminding of deadlines, looking for process improvements, and problem solving.
Collaboration:

Help coordinate projects across Inizio to share resources, templates and platforms to increase collaboration and optimization of team priorities.

Ensure flow of information between the Global team and team members
About you:

2 years experience writing professional web copy, with the ability to produce concise, optimized copy while maintaining target messaging, persuasiveness, and readability.

Experience with brand recognition, style guides, design guidelines.

Storyteller with an understanding of adapting and optimizing narrative and tone on different tools and platforms used.

Establish cooperation and mediate between different points of view.

Understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion, and its impact on communication and marketing

Project management skills and prioritization of multiple deliverables.

Analyze communication and marketing metrics to measure the impact of messaging and outreach.
