Location: Citywest Business Campus, Dublin.

Working arrangements: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office.

Compensation: Base salary and comprehensive benefits package including company bonus plan, company pension scheme, healthcare allowance, life assurance, flexible working. 

 

 

The Role

The Director of Global Total Rewards supports the execution of our Total Rewards strategy set by the Global Head of Total Rewards. You will ensure the seamless implementation of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs across a complex, high-growth international organization. You will drive operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with business objectives while managing key stakeholders and ensuring a consistent and equitable rewards structure. Additionally, you will support the Global Head of Total Rewards in the day-to-day management of the Total Rewards team, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration across functions.

You will report to our Global Head of People Services & Total Rewards.

 

Responsibilities

Total Rewards Strategy

  • Manage a global wellbeing program that aligns with the strategic framework set by the Global Head of Total Rewards.
  • Lead the global approach to reward and recognition including the identification, implementation, and adoption of a new platform.
  • Ensure consistent execution of compensation structures, job architecture, and market benchmarking across all departments.
  • Help execute the annual reward cycle, including salary reviews, bonuses, and equity allocations, in collaboration with Finance, Company Secretary and HR teams.

 

Strategic Projects

  • Oversee projects like EU Pay Transparency, compensation planning solution and Gender Pay Gap as directed by the Global Head of Total Reward.
  • Lead the preparation of Remuneration Committee papers.
  • Support the harmonization of compensation, benefits and policies across Inizio ensuring they help to differentiate our offerings and align with our goal of becoming a global employer of choice.
  • Manage transaction readiness data preparation, ensuring compensation and benefits data is accurate, well-structured, and available to support due diligence, M&A activities, and other business transactions.
  • Define and prepare executive compensation reporting and disclosure requirements in anticipation of a U.S. IPO, ensuring full compliance with SEC regulations—such as Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A), Summary Compensation Tables, and pay-versus-performance disclosures—and aligning with best practices for public company governance; serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on evolving regulatory and compliance standards.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Support the Global Head of Total Rewards with the day-to-day management of the Total Rewards team, ensuring smooth operations and prioritization of projects.
  • Partner with HR BU HR, People Solutions, People Services, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution of Total Reward programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, HR leadership, and external advisors to align executive compensation strategy and disclosure narratives; lead the development of clear, board-ready communications and support preparation of materials for the Remuneration Committee and Board of Directors, demonstrating strong influence and credibility with senior stakeholders.

 

Data-Driven Decision Making & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and ensure benchmarking practices remain relevant.
  • Maintain governance and compliance across all reward programs to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals and the Total Rewards strategy.

 

Process Optimization & Change Management

  • Lead efficiency efforts concerning reward processes, policies, and systems.
  • Support change management projects by creating communication and stakeholder management plans and partnering with L&D for all training needs.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in managing compensation programs in a high-growth, global organization.
  • Expertise in global compensation, benefits, and rewards, with an understanding of US, UK, and Ireland markets.
  • Experience operationalizing reward strategies, managing pay structures, and overseeing executive compensation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading executive compensation strategy and preparing disclosure materials for U.S. public companies or IPO readiness, with deep knowledge of SEC regulations including CD&A, Summary Compensation Tables, and pay-versus-performance disclosures.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and external advisors, and to influence senior stakeholders through the development of clear, board-ready materials and effective support for Remuneration Committee and Board engagement.
  • Project management skills with experience implementing compensation cycles, job leveling, and benchmarking.
  • Change management experience combined with high-level written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in “storytelling with data” to guide decision-making.
  • Experience with global job architecture, governance frameworks, and compensation analytics.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
