Job Title: Global eLearning Administrator
Job Purpose/Overview:
Manage the administration of internal training systems and troubleshoot system issues. Assist users with inquiries related to training assignments and resolve learner’s requests for system assistance. Ensures users are complying with training completion and that training records are retained properly.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve inquiries submitted to the Client Learning Delivery team via the ticket system, voicemail and mailbox daily
- Responsible for data entry within the Inizio Engage Learning Management System (LMS) and other document tracking systems used by the Client Learning Delivery team, including but not limited to: learner accounts, exceptions/exemptions, and certifications
- Research and resolve discrepancies with training assignment and/or documentation. Follow-up with trainer as needed
- Manage account administration related to New Hire, Job Change, and/or Termination requests, including but not limited to: setting up profile & training folder, updating user/manager details, and account deactivation
- Management of Inizio Engage’s Learning Management System (LMS) trainings, including but not limited to creating, building, and managing trainings, assessments (creation and resets) and retire old course versions.
- Respond to ad-hoc questions regarding training documentation and LMS troubleshooting
- Process all documentation submitted and maintain electronic training records
- Provide LMS reports according to internal and external stakeholder's requests
- Generate and distribute LMS compliance reports to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely tracking and escalation of overdue training requirements
- Account creation and maintenance of licensed healthcare CEU system
- Update documents on the Client Learning Delivery SharePoint site
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by eLearning Manager
- Attends manager/employee 1:1 session for development in role
- Develops objectives and reviews with manager to prepare for formal and informal performance discussions
- Maintains effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Experience working in a regulated industry
- Ability to speak effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of employees.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills; must be flexible and be able to adjust to ever
changing priorities to accommodate the training process. - Must be bright, articulate, detail oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work as a team in a supportive environment to achieve shared objectives.
- Ability to function as a positive role model.
- Excellent listening skills in order to identify and anticipate training needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
