Reports to: Manager, Partner Operations
Role Overview
The Onboarding Project Manager is responsible for triaging incoming partner projects, ensuring proper routing, and assigning them to Onboarding Specialists based on availability and capacity. This role serves as the first point of communication for partners, providing timeline updates, answering early-stage questions, and coordinating smooth handoffs. In some cases, the Onboarding Project Manager will take on smaller onboarding projects directly to help partners launch within their 30-day onboarding window.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage incoming onboarding projects, determining whether partners require pre-onboarding or direct assignment to an Onboarding Specialist.
- Assign projects based on specialist availability and capacity while tracking partner progress through intake.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for partners, providing timeline updates, answering early-stage questions, and setting clear expectations.
- Take on small onboarding projects directly to help ensure partners launch within the 30-day onboarding window.
- Collaborate with the implementation team and Partner Operations Manager to refine workflows and improve efficiency within the CRM and onboarding tools.
- Identify and implement improvements to triage, intake, and assignment processes for a consistent and efficient partner experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, onboarding, or operations (hospitality, SaaS, or fintech preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both partners and internal teams.
- Experience with CRM and project management tools (Salesforce, TaskRay, JIRA strongly preferred)
- Process-focused with attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Salary:
- $80,000 - $85,000 DOE
