- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions
- Align AI initiatives with broader company strategy and roadmap
- Act as a senior stakeholder partner, influencing leadership and driving adoption
- Standardize processes for documentation, deployment, and system ownership
- Drive adoption of tools through training, enablement, and change management
- Establish metrics to measure impact (efficiency gains, cost savings, productivity)
- Continuously evaluate and improve team output, velocity, and effectiveness
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong business acumen; partners with business/ops to diagnose challenges, recommend solutions, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Deep experience with AI-augmented development (e.g., LLMs, modern AI tools)

- Proven experience leading and developing technical teams
- Strong prioritization and decision-making in fast-paced environments
- Track record of delivering high-impact, measurable results
- Experience working closely with business or operations teams
